From Caterpillar to Butterfly

We released our butterfly today. We enjoyed feeding it milkweed leaves as a caterpillar. We watched it closely when it was ready to make a chrysalis. We were surprised to see a butterfly this morning! We brought it over to the pollinator garden so it could drink nectar before flying off.
