Our Week in Kindergarten
We had a fun and busy week in kindergarten!  The children celebrated Spirit Week and had fun wearing hats, pajamas, beach clothes, crazy hair and our class color green!  They went on a Story Walk and listened the book Snowflake Bentley. They made snowflakes out of toothpicks and marshmallows. We started a geometry unit and looked for different shapes around the classroom. The children finished their how-to books and read them to their 4th grade buddies on Friday. Have a wonderful vacation and I will see everyone again on Wednesday, March 4th.

100th Day of School!
We celebrated the 100th day of school today!  We read several books about celebrating 100 days in school. The children made 100th day headbands, created designs with 100 objects, and practiced counting to 100 by tens and ones. It was a fun day!

All School Meeting
February 4, 2015
The kindergarten friends learned the song, Love Grows One by One, and sang it at All School Meeting on Wednesday. They did a great job performing the song. Please check it out!
