Skulls and Teeth

We had another Four Winds lesson today. The first graders learned how features of a mammal's skull can help us determine whether it is a predator or prey. They learned the difference between herbivores, carnivores, and omnivores. They were scientists during snack and carefully thought about which teeth they were using to eat their food.
